10 years selling on Amazon, eBay, and every marketplace you can think of. Moved to Germany in 2022. Learned the language. Got the Gewerbe. Started from zero.
In January 2026 I picked up AI coding tools. Four months later I had 52 live projects, 2 servers, 11 Cloudflare zones, and open-source repos with 58K+ impressions across LinkedIn and GitHub.
I did not learn to code. I learned to build. The distinction matters. I am not a developer pretending to be a founder, and not a founder pretending to be a developer. I am a builder — the person who decides what should exist, and ships it.
What I do
- AI agents with persistent memory — Hermes, OpenClaw, Slavka pattern. Agents that remember across sessions and act through tool calls.
- Self-hosted AI infrastructure — Claude Sonnet 4.6 via API, OpenAI embeddings, pgvector on my Postgres, prompt caching. No vendor lock-in on inference or storage.
- RAG systems — vector search, semantic retrieval, citation-aware streaming. The "Ask Slava" widget on this site is one of them.
- AI security — claude-code-security-hooks: prompt injection defense for AI coding agents. 31K+ impressions, growing adoption.
- AI-powered compliance — WebPrüfer: LLM-assisted scanners for BFSG, DSGVO, Impressum. Bureaucracy turned into tooling.
